We are now expanding our Professional Services division that focuses on providing our clients with consultancy services, Project Based Delivery, Transformational Outsourcing Solutions and Functional Service Provision.

Due to this expansion, we now have an opportunity for an experienced Client and Service Delivery Manager to join our expanding delivery team. This person will be responsible for managing and acting as a mentor and POC to several of our onsite delivery teams, and will work directly with those clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with the service being provided. In addition, this role will work to drive new business development passing qualified leads and new business opportunities to our Sales and Talent Acquisition teams.

Given our focus is on the pharma and life science industry sector, this role would suit someone with Account Management or Business Development in this sector or someone with a strong background in recruitment / delivery of professional services projects.

Whilst our HQ is Cork, the role can be based anywhere in Ireland, but we will expect this person to travel across our customer sites and work closely with our Head of Delivery who is located in Cork.

Duties as outlined, but not limited to :

  • Act as Client / Service Delivery Manager for a list of our Pharma clients
  • Act as a People Manager to a list of assigned Project leads within these organisations.
  • Clear focus on developing people and building relationships to maximise new business development within your portfolio of clients.
  • Ensure everyone working on the account has a good understanding of the client needs, how they can work to meet client expectations and their own personal objectives.
  • Ensure onsite teams are aware of agreed SLA/KPI measurements and are meeting these targets
  • Liaise with our sales team to ensure leads / new business opportunities are followed up on. This role will carry a business development target, but you will be heavily supported by our new business sales team.
